At Tahiri Reign Enterprises, each piece is designed with intention and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Tahiri Reign Enterprises is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout for added peace of mind.
